GYMNASTICS AND ITS BENEFITS

MRT_19289.JPG

WHY GYMNASTICS

Gymnastics first conveys the culture of sports to children and then offers them the opportunity to make conscious choices to do the most appropriate activities.

It's recommended that families develop a sports awareness for both themselves and their children and take action promptly. Activities that encourage mobility are essential, especially for preschool children, and their natural development should be supported through specialized programs tailored to their age. Gymnastics first instills a culture of sports in children and then offers them the opportunity to make informed choices about the most appropriate activities. Therefore, before choosing a sport, choose an educational center that offers appropriate programs that meet children's natural developmental needs. Academically qualified instructors should be consulted to determine the right path for their child by observing their physical abilities.

Gymnastics is an Olympic sport for both girls and boys, fostering physical and mental development. It's particularly suitable for children starting at age three, making it a suitable alternative to other sports. Gymnastics fosters physical development, while also helping children achieve a more aesthetically pleasing appearance and balancing their weight and muscle mass for their height. Gymnastics forms the foundation of all sports. Children who receive this fundamental training will have a head start in any individual or team sport, even if they change sports later.

In short, gymnastics provides balance, strength, agility, flexibility, hand-eye/nerve-muscle coordination, control and the ability to use the body consciously.
