At CSKA Moscow, the undisputed most successful rhythmic gymnastics club in Russia and the world, training begins from the age of 3 (36 months).

Since 1996, 80% of the athletes competing for the Russian national team, which has won team and individual championships at the Olympic Games, have been trained by CSKA Moscow.

There have been athletes. Rhythmic Gymnastics is one of the national sports of Russia. In Turkey, we, CSKA Moscow, implement Russia's RG training programs.

Athletes training at CSKA Moscow Turkey learn the fundamentals of Rhythmic Gymnastics very quickly . After completing their basic training, our athletes begin using apparatus such as balls, hoops, ropes, ribbons, and clubs. While using these apparatuses, they develop their choreography through ballet training. Over the years, they compete in competitions as highly skilled Rhythmic Gymnastics athletes. The implemented programs are evaluated monthly and seasonally by the director, thus monitoring the children's development moment by moment. Our athletes' "Individual Development" programs are specially prepared and meticulously followed by our director. In our training programs, which prioritize the four fundamental elements of sport – "SPORTSMANSHIP," "TEAMWORK," "CORRECT BEHAVIOR," and "RESPECT" – our aim is to instill a love of gymnastics in every CSKA Moscow gymnast, to teach them proper sportsmanship, and to help them socialize through sport.
