Your personal data may be shared with CSKA and its affiliates, CSKA's shareholders, business partners, members, suppliers, external service providers and legally authorized public institutions and organizations in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

The purposes for sharing your personal data include, but are not limited to: ensuring the legal and commercial security of CSKA or CSKA's business partners, maintaining CSKA's commercial activities, and managing CSKA's human resources processes and employment policies.

In order to carry out its activities, CSKA collects your personal data through various channels such as surveys, websites, CSKA representatives and similar channels and processes it in accordance with the conditions listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for various legal reasons.

In accordance with the law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To exercise your rights, you can apply to CSKA using the principles outlined in the "Application Form" linked above. If the Personal Data Protection Board determines new application methods, these methods will be announced by CSKA.

Applications submitted in this context will be processed as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 30 days. Applications are currently free of charge. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board determines a fee schedule, fees may be charged in accordance with that schedule.
